Reunion Q&A
Posted Tuesday, June 8, 2010 02:40 PM

Question:

Couple quick questions are we able to do paypal at all? and 2 what if at the moment we only want 1 place but with in the next 2 years meet someone and will need to add a second place at a later date?

Response:

PayPal was more expensive as they charge a commission but I am happy to send a money request if you prefer to use paypal.

You can pay for a 2nd person at a later date. We will send reminders when the reunion comes closer, we just need almost $1,000 in deposits that we don't have right now, so anything will help us out.

Thank you!

The following questions have been asked regarding the reunion:

Q:  If I'm only attending free events, do you still need me to do something?

A:  Yes.  We still need a headcount for the free events.  The bar needs to know how many people will be there so they can plan staffing accordingly.  The picnic event will have plates, silverware, and napkins provided so we'll need to know head count to know how much to purchase.

Q:  What is going to be served at the formal event?

A:  We have a choice of two meat items, a side and deserts.  Once we have more people registered, we will poll them to see which food items are most popular.

Q:  Do I need to dress in formal attire for the formal event?

A:  No.  You may dress business casual.

Thank you!
